I’ve been staying at this venue for a number of years and can truly say the staff work hard. The puppies clean food is value for money. Hotel connected is also very good will continue to use these facilities. Would highly recommend to anyone.
I've updated my previous feedback so photos are not from today... We came here tonight for the mother in law's birthday... Each member of staff we interacted with was friendly, helpful and above all did a great job. The staff on the till were patient and Helpful as I navigated the meals, drinks, desserts and vouchers. Food came out quickly and was exactly what we ordered even though there were many little add-ons and options. I usually get names but on this occasion all the staff on shift are included in this complimentary feedback. Great job from the whole team here tonight... Don't forget to validate your parking on the machine !! (D)

It's a child friendly place too, and the staff are accommodating to parents, and they help make sure that there are high chairs for young toddlers. The food is always tasty, comes in generous portions, and the staff are always very friendly and professional, creating a lively and welcoming pub atmosphere. I highly recommend visiting and grabbing some food and drink from the Saracens Head Pub!

Always a great place to go for food and drinks. New menu has some fab new choices. Staff are always friendly and happy to help. Great entertainment each week.
Very busy in there but we had pre booked a table so it was fine. The boxing was on with plenty of screens to be able to watch it. Felt safe with door staff on. Bar staff were friendly. Steak sizzler was cooked perfectly, very tasty, good value for money.
